In Nov, Sunlabob headed to Champasak province in the south of Laos for its annual company trip.
This year’s combined Sunlabob and the Lao Institute for Renewable Energy (LIRE) group of 60 interns, volunteers and full timers saw the largest number of staff participation since the company first started having the annual trip in 2002. Unlike previous years when most of the activities took place on the beach, the majority of this year’s activities took place in the national park where the highlight was zip lining through mountains overlooking breathtaking waterfalls, and experiencing the wonders of a luscious forest by hiking.
On the last day of the trip, the group had the opportunity to visit the famous Khon Pha Pheng waterfall, known as the Niagara of the east. After lunch, there was also plenty of fun and games, including team building activities that provided fantastic bonding opportunities for local as well as foreign staff.
Sunlabob understands that such incentives are important for the organisation as it keeps employees motivated and enthusiastic.
Sunlabob would also like to take the opportunity to thank Green Discovery for organizing the wonderful zip lining and hiking experience.
